Reflecting on Canvas & Canopy 🖌️

What an incredible afternoon we shared at Canvas & Canopy! On July 12, twelve beautiful souls gathered under the trees for an afternoon of creativity, nature, and connection. We painted kindness rocks, collaborated on a community mural, and explored mandala-making with natural materials — all while deepening the bonds of our ever-growing Progress Peak community.

Our team is so deeply thankful to everyone who joined us, supported the event, or helped spread the word. Seeing folks of all ages and identities creating side by side was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do. Thank you for making the magic with us.

We’ll be spending the day at the Elmwood Park Zoo, exploring, connecting, and embracing the wild joy of being together in nature.
Choose from two welcoming groups:
🦦 Explorers and Pathfinders (15 and younger) | 10am–1pm
🐅 Trailblazers and Lightbearers (16 and older) | 1–5pm

Peak Signal is Getting a Glow-Up! ✨

We’re also thrilled to announce that our Peak Signal Discord server is getting a thoughtful revamp! This digital community space is where many of our campers, families, and supporters stay connected — and now, we’re making it even more intentional.

We’re organizing private, moderated channels by age group and role, so that youth, caregivers, and adults can all interact safely, authentically, and with care. New safety tools, updated guidelines, and community-centered moderators will help make sure everyone feels heard, respected, and protected.
